What to do when you have a busy week ahead
This week’s blogpost is a little bit shorter than usual. Shorter, but not with less value. As it has been quite the hectic week for me (just came back from a ski trip in Austria with work, playing nurse for my boyfriend who just had surgery, and work business as usual), I figured I might not be the only one. As we say sharing is caring, here are my tips to keep your head above the water when you have a busy week ahead.

Prepare your outfits
Did you know Steve Jobs wore the same outfit every day? It’s because he believed that not deciding what to wear leaves your mental energy for the decision that really matters. As I like the idea of saving my brain energy, I do like to have some variety in my outfits. Therefore, I like to prepare my outfits for the (work)week in advance. This way I don’t waste any decision-making abilities in the morning. I also like adopting the same habits as Mark Zuckerberg and Obama. Not the worst names to be summed up with.
Do the little things insanely productive and happy balanced people do
Know the feeling when you’re not really focused or productive? Most of the time this is caused by brain fog. To avoid brain fog, make sure to minimize your carb intake and get some exercise in.
