How To Manifest Your Dreams

How To Manifest Your Dreams

Journaling has been a fascination of mine ever since I was a little girl. However, I was never disciplined enough to keep up with a daily journal. What I do enjoy is journaling on a more sporadic basis, like for gratitude or diet purposes. Another purpose of journaling I haven’t really elaborated on before is manifesting! Read on if you’re curious to see what it can do for you!

Why manifesting?

Before we start writing all our hopes and dreams into journals, what exactly are the impact and effects of manifesting journals? It is a little seed that you’re planting in your subconscious. This little seed will help you to make better choices towards the goals that you’ve manifested in your journal. Basically, manifesting is a part of the Law of Attraction. Making better choices will express through:

  1. Saying no more easily.

  2. Being less distracted by shine things.

  3. Less worry about letting other people down.

If this sounds like something you would like, scroll down for the best manifesting tactics.

How to manifest for best results

Of course, the way you’d like to manifest or simply write down goals is totally personal. However, there are some tactics that might help to get better results. I really liked how during one of my favorite podcast episodes Samin Nosrat (yes, the one from Netflix’s Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat cooking documentary) explained her pointers.

  1. Manifest thoughts, dreams, wishes and hopes in a journal that you don’t feel you can say out loud.

  2. Be as specific as possible, write down every detail you would like to see come true.

  3. Revisit two or three times a year.

For me, I especially love the first tip. It’s a reminder that however wild and crazy my hopes and dreams are, I do not have to say them out loud (and look crazy), but still can manifest them in another way. Examples of things I like to manifest? What a regular day would look like in ten years from now, what habits would I like to have, holiday wish lists and so on.

Now I am curious to know about you! Do you have a manifesting journal of some sort? Would you like to start manifesting? Let us know in the comments below!
